Thanks to The Sample Store, i got a bottle of Hada Labo's new Retinol Lifting + Firming Lotion from its new Lifting and Firming range.


Coming from her highly successful predecessor the Hydrating Range, the Hada Labo Lifting and Firming Range looks very promising. The new range a line up of 5 products.

And im here to give my review on the
Hada Labo Retinol Lifting + Firming Lotion.

This toner evens skin texture with Retinol Vitamin A that reduces fine lines and wrinkles, collagen that improves skin elasticity for firmer and more lift in your skin, and Super Hyaluronic Acid that instantly locks in moisture for intense hydration.

I love it that it has collagen properties, every girl at any age can use some collagen and hydration.

those who think that they only need to start taking care of their skin at 25 is going to regret his/her decision.


Note: though it claims to be a "Lotion", that is a term for the Japanese and as we know it "Toner"
so dont be confuse, this product is to be use after cleansing to lock in and prepare your skin for the next step (moisturizing)


Application :

- after cleansing my face, i'll take roughly 2-4 drops on the back of my palm
- dab lightly with your fingers on your (forehead, nose, both cheeks, chin)
- lightly massage it in starting from the center and moving outwards. (though others claim to pat i like to massage my products in for better absorption)
- let it sink in to your skin for a minute and continue with serum/moisturizer.

Thoughts:

the forumla is thicker compared to her sister products but remains non-sticky and lightweight.
its not a transparent liquid, it comes as milky coloured liquid.
it does become a little sticky after application, but if you let it rest for a minute your skin will feel really soft and smooth.

the one thing i absolutely love is how supple and hydrated this product makes my skin feel.
It is so important to give your skin elasity and bounce. you dont have to be 30 to start using this product. i believe this product acts as a brilliant pre-moisturizer, it hydrates the skin pefectly well and gives your skin the suppleness and bounce it needs.

I have been using this product twice a day (morning and night) for the past 3weeks.
my skin feels softer and my makeup slides on my skin so much better in the mornings.
